During the Big Game tonight Marvel Studios released the first full trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness coming to theaters May 6th. The sequel finds Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) teaming up with Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) dealing with the fallout of the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home with multiverse being unleashed. The film is rumored to be littered with cameos including characters from Disney’s recently acquired Fox/Marvel catalog and it looks like that will ring true as we hear the voice of Patrick Stewart our Professor Charles Xavier for a moment. Along with Stewart the likes of Hugh Jackman to Wesley Snipes’ Blade have been rumored to appear. Only time will tell but being a big X-Men fan this is probably the most excited I have been for a film in a while.
