Update: Following a high quality leak of the movie Sony has bumped Spider-Man: No Way Home’s digital release up a week to March 15 from it’s previously announced March 22 date. The new release date is already being shown on digital retailers, such as AppleTV, and has been updated in this post.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Marvel Studios announced that the blockbuster hit Spider-Man: No Way Home will be released on digital platforms March 15 and on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD April 12 . The third in the latest iteration of the web-slinger’s MCU adventures is a true love letter to 20 years of Spider-Man films and features characters and the actors who played them reprising their iconic roles.
Several retailers have exclusive collector’s editions available. Best Buy has an exclusive 4K UHD SteelBook featuring some really nice artwork, Target has an exclusive fan art 4K UHD edition featuring collectable cards, and Walmart has an exclusive cover.
SYNOPSIS
For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.
